IMPORTANT NOTICE
Due to the current Canada Post service disruption, you will experience delays in receiving documents from New North Fuels. We do not know when service will resume. We encourage you to contact us and arrange for digital delivery of your documents. This will help you avoid potential issues such as missed payments and interest charges during the service disruption. Alternatively, you are encouraged to phone us in order to get updates on the current status of your account.
There are a number of different payment options available at this time.
- Automatic bank withdrawal – we offer payment dates of the 1st, 15th, 30/31st of the month, along with every Friday,
- EFT/ACH direct payments – we are happy to provide you with our banking information in order to set up
- payable at your financial institution (please ensure payment is issued to New North Fuels and NOT Petro Canada)
- by adding us as a payee through your financial institution, simply register New North Fuels along with your account number
- Interac eTransfer – we ask that payments be sent to: [email protected] and reference your account number.
- if paying by cheque, can be dropped off at any of our locations (Sudbury, Timmins, Sault Ste. Marie)
- if paying by debit in person, available at either our Sudbury or Timmins offices.
